Dow Jones futures gained 0.2%, S&amp;P 500 futures edged up 0.1%, while Nasdaq-100 futures slipped 0.2%.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asian markets were mostly higher, led by South Korea, where the Kospi surged more than 4% and the Kosdaq gained 2%. Japan\u2019s Nikkei 225 climbed 3.1%, while Australia\u2019s S&amp;P\/ASX 200 posted modest gains. Hong Kong\u2019s Hang Seng fell 0.4%, and China\u2019s CSI 300 traded largely flat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In after-hours trading, AMD dropped 8% after reporting earnings that only narrowly exceeded expectations. SpaceX declined nearly 7% after announcing higher capital expenditures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tuesday\u2019s rally was fueled by strong corporate earnings and optimism after U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent suggested progress toward reopening the Strait of Hormuz. The S&amp;P 500 rose 1.8% above the 7,700 level, while the Dow advanced more than 900 points. Oil prices also eased, with WTI crude settling at $75.77 per barrel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strong results from Caterpillar and a nearly 30% surge in Palantir further lifted sentiment. Investors now await earnings from Disney, Uber, Eli Lilly, DoorDash, and E.l.f.
