The S&amp;P 500 fell 0.9%, while the Nasdaq Composite declined 1%. The moves left the S&amp;P 500 down 1.9% for the week and the Nasdaq lower by 2.5%, putting both indexes on track to end a three-week winning streak. The Dow Jones Industrial Average was down 1.8% week to date and headed for its second consecutive weekly decline.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Asian markets also traded lower. Japan\u2019s Nikkei 225 dropped 0.92% and the Topix slipped 0.40%. South Korea\u2019s Kospi declined 1.07%, while the small-cap Kosdaq fell 2.44%. Australia\u2019s S&amp;P\/ASX 200 edged 0.21% lower.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thursday\u2019s weakness came as longer-term U.S. Treasury yields resumed their climb.
